Cancellation Policy
Booking:
All services require a $30 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit. Your remaining balance is due in cash or card (+2.5% processing fee).
Cancellations/Rescheduling:
Please make any changes at least 24 hours before your appointment. Same-day cancellations or no call no shows will incur a 50% charge of the remaining balance. Tardiness beyond 10 minutes results in cancellation, and the fee will apply. However, if you anticipate being late, please communicate with me as soon as possible to see if we can work something out.
Full Sets:
New clients require a full set. Ensure clean lashes pre-appointment.
Fills:
A fill requires at least 40% lash retention. Anything less will be charged as a full set. No fills on other artists’ work; please book a removal and a full set in such cases. For optimal results, it’s recommended to schedule a full set after three fills, though not mandatory.
Special Appointments:
$25 fee for same day, after-hours, and off-day appointments.
No refunds. If needed, I offer complimentary fixes/touch-ups within 48 hours.
